Hotel Policies:

1. Check In/Check Out Policy:
12:00 Noon Check in and 11:00 am Check out. One hour extension may be allowed only subject to availability. Beyond this time, an extra days charge will be collected at the Hotel from the Guest.

2. Child Policy:
– Free stay for maximum 2 children below the age of 12 years with parents, sharing the existing bed without any additional charge, includes no meal
– Free breakfast for child below 05 years of age, Rs. 150+ tax per child per breakfast for child between the age of 06- 12 years of age
– Child of 12 years and above will be considered as an adult and will count as an Extra person
– Children have to be accompanied by their parents while staying in the room

Cancellation policy:

• Cancellation before 72 hours of the arrival date will be refundable after deduction of 5% processing fee payable on the total booking amount
• No refund on cancellation within 72 hours of the arrival date
• No refund on NO SHOW reservations
• Any amendment in the reservation will be considered as a cancellation and will be governed by the Cancellation Policy

FIT Cancellation Policy applicable during high season (December 16 to January 05)

• Cancellation before 7 days of the arrival date will be refundable after deduction of 5% processing fee payable on the total booking amount
• No refund on cancellation within 7 days of the arrival date
• No refund on NO SHOW reservations
• Any amendment in the reservation will be considered as a cancellation and will be governed by the Cancellation Policy
