Irctc – The railway online travel portal introduces seat availability check without logging in.

Now you can check train “Seat availability”, “Waiting List Prediction” and and other information about “train stations” without logging in. To enhance the better customer experience and user friendly, Railway’s Online Travel Portal — www.irctc.co.in have been introduced this features.

The new website now having the multi filters features to planning the customer journey such as “departure or arrival time”, “destination”, “Classes”, “train” and “quota-wise”.

New interesting features is the “Waitlist Prediction”, now user can predict whether the booking could be “waitlisted” or RAC (reservation against cancellation) says Union Minister of Railways Piyush Goyal’s.
