The 11-day annual feast of st Joseph church in Rameswaram, began on April 24th Monday evening with a huge procession and hoisting of the holy flag. During this days holy mass would be held with various devotional prayers.
Illuminated and colourful car procession carrying the idol of st joseph would be held and the lowering of flag on the end of festival.
